Directions:

From Kingwood, take FM 1960 West to I-45.  Go north on I-45 to FM 2920 (Spring) and go West on FM 2920 to Tomball.  Then take Hwy. 249 North.  Hwy. 249 will turn into FM 1774 at Hwy. 149.  Continue on FM 1774 and Sugar Bend Dr. will be past Pinehurst.  Take a left and the facility is on Sugar Bend Dr.
